Do you hate default, solid and dark blue water of GTA San Andreas? If yes then try this mod. This will make water much much much better then default old water. It will make it transparent and much better. The maker of this mod is "HAF".
Wanna install this mod?
Follow these simple steps:

Note:
• CLEO Android is required to run this mod.
• Open the CLEO Script menu and activate the water script to enable this mod. CLICK HERE FOR HELP.
• To uninstall simply delete the moved files.

Step I:
• Download MOD:
  Download MOD

Step II:
• Extract the downloaded mod (zip file).
• Move the ".csa" file to:
  /Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/      <here>

Step III:
• Run the Game and enjoy the mod.
