Neon Spawner Mod

Neon spawner mod will let you add neons in your cars. The maker of this mod is "HAF". In GTA San Andreas you can't add neons to your vehicle but this mod will let you add neon lights to your cars. Neon Lights mod is a famous mod of GTA San Andreas (PC). Even in multiplayer (SA-MP PC) there are tons of server which let you add neon lights. This is a cleo mod so you have to install CLEO Android.
Wanna install this mod?
Follow these simple steps:

Note:
• CLEO Android is required to run this mod.
• While playing game:
♦ Touch #7 and #3 to activate this mod
♦ Touch #1 to deactivate mod
♦ Touch #5 to select neons. CLICK HERE FOR HELP
• To uninstall simply delete the moved files.

Step I:
• Download MOD:
Download MOD

Step II:
• Extract the downloaded mod (zip file).
• Move the ".csa" and ".fxt" files to:
/Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/ <here>

Step III:
• Run the Game and enjoy the mod.
